1. Training of Trainers (TOT) Package

2. Training School Professionals/ Teachers to Supervise Paraeducators
This two-day training, the Paraeducator Supervision Academy (PSA), is a course for teachers and other school professionals. The course provides the knowledge and the skills for working effectively with paraeducators. For further details on this course and the cost of consulting for this service, click here.
3. Training Administrators to Manage Paraeducators
We offer two-day, one-day and half-day training formats for district and building administrators on how to manage paraeducators and how to support teachers in their role as supervisors of paraeducators. 4. Consulting on Paraeducator Issues
This service is tailored to meet the needs of your state, school district or building with regards to the utilization and employment of paraeducators. Our expertise includes, and is not limited to, the following areas:
- Policy development and guidance around paraeducator issues including job descriptions, competencies/standards/ hiring, training needs, supervision, evaluation etc.
- Training of paraeducators on selected topics out of the CO-TOP Curriculum
- Training of teachers/school professionals and administrators on selected topics out of Paraeducator Supervision Academy (PSA).
- One-day condensed version (instead of the two-day full training) of the Paraeducator Supervision Academy (PSA).
